installing joomla I got a port error on port: 80

Goed day,

Yesterday when I was installing joomla 1.6 I got an error and it seems to me dat it has to do with the webserver not giving mi acces true port 80. How can I solve this problem? Thank you in advanced!!

Can you be more clear?
We allow connections out of port 80.
