hello, i get an error when i try to install smf... i have done it before like a year ago.. but i created a new site and i try to install smf agian. and i didn't get this error last time i did it 
The installer was unable to access the "fishbox_db1" database. With some hosts, you have to create the database in your administration panel before SMF can use it. Some also add prefixes - like your username - to your database names.
Click here to try this step again.
is something wrong with my database? what should i do?
Edit: I have already created a database and added users etc...

maybe it's only some problem with x10hosting couse i can't even sign in to the cpanel
