internal error in installing modules and templates in joomla

This is the server error i get when i tried to install templates or modules in my joomla site. Please help out.

Most likely its permissions - check the files arent set as 755 or 777, but 644, directories should be 755

i checked. its alright. do i have to wait for my php configuration upgrade to be approved?

What's your cPanel username?
You need to have PHPv2 (Intermediate) for Joomla to work correctly.

What's the error_log showing?
