The core files can be deleted. If you're getting a 500 error it is most likely do to permissions. Try setting the file you are having issues with to 755 permissions.

i cannot access my site...

i dunno why

then i try to access my cpanel/FILE MANAGER

then there are so many files named core#### i deleted it.. but still,,, my site is not working

core.#### <--- what is this files???
