Internal Server Error

I got this error message when trying to update members profile im my forum,

admin please take a look, i don't know what happening :

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

If it's a 500 error it's because the permissions are set wrong on whatever file you're accessing.
