Nope, Apache is running fine across the board right now. I would first suggest logging into your account panel and upgrade your PHP version to intermediate http://x10hosting.com/login (Bottom left after logging in).
After you do that if you still get the error, try changing the permission on your files to 755 or lower. (Can't be 777).

Fixed. Sorry, it was my mistake (I didn't read the logs complaining about the 777 rigths on index.php). I tried to install Joomla manually the first time, and it didn't work with 755, so I guess I messed with the permissions.
