Internal Server Error

Hi,

I tried to access my website, but I got the below message about "internal server error". I am not sure whether it is my fault or the server's?

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@tools4imse.x10hosting.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

It means you probably need a php security version upgrade, login via your account manager and apply for one.

Thank you guys.

I already submitted the request to upgrade my version of PHP to intermediate. Do any of you know how long it gonna take?

That happened to me, I deleted the .htacess file in the public_html folder and all was fine.

No it's more than likely a .htaccess issue. I would suggest looking there first or renaming it to .htaccess.bk

Hi,

I already removed .htaccess from my public_html, but I still get the "Internal Server Error". I opened the log file in CPannel and found the below message. By the way, everytime after I deleted .htaccess, it will create a new one. Also, if I try to rename the file, the new .htaccess will be created. Could you help me please?

So, I just wonder whether the problem is the version of PHP or .htaccess. I tried to delete .htaccess but it did not work. After I deleted it, it is automatically created again.
