i have set my permissions to 755

iv got Intermediate PHP Configuration

Please check the error_log in your public_html directory as it should contain some hints as to what the actual error was.

No, thats the html error log from cpanel, within your public_html directory should be an error_log file which contains any php errors.

hmm i dont seem to have one..... if i have i dont knwo were it is.....

yep just doubled checked in my public_html directory and only files there is my files iv uploaded no logs there

after i try and add a embed player. it eve happens when nothing in the form and i click submit

How long ago did you add this subdomain? If it's less then 12 hours you'll have to wait for it to updated to the correct PHP version of your account.

Yes, there wouldn't be a point in trouble shooting the PHP issue if you're not on the correct version yet since it's most likely caused by that.

Every time you add a subdomain to your account it creates a new VirtualHost entry in the Apache config file. The default VirtualHost comes with basic PHP. When our scripts run it updates the Vhosts to your correct version.
