Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

I get this message at least 4-5 times a day and it lasts for quite awhile each time. I have had this problem from the beginning.

Shortly after I signed up you did some work on the site and it was down for awhile. Then I got blocked from the cPanel for bad login attempts.

I know that this is a free service and for the most part works great. Is there a reason that this happens so often? I check the servers up/down link to see the status and about 3rd of the time it says that the http is down.

Is there just a bug in the machine that you are trying to get out?

I even try to flush my dns. Once in a blue moon this works.

HTTP will become more stable over the next few days, sorry about the inconvenience.
