Yes, it does, because I can't figure out why it doesn't work with transparent PNG's, wtf.

Open this in IE, if you haven't already uninstalled it.

hmmm..very wierd, I don't like IE either, but i just viewed it in FF 2 as opposed to IE 7, and it looks just the same, maybe the problem's just in IE 6

Maybe, I am using IE6, so maybe microsoft has actually took the time to add some compatibility, thanks for trying it on IE7

Internet Explorer 6 doesn't support transparent PNGs is your problem.

Well, a while ago, I was going to ask an administrator to delete my account, then move to a new username, and get a new account. I like my usernames and passwords to match on every website. I don't have an account for my other username. When v3 is released. I am planning on having this account deleted and then moving to my other username and getting a new account.

Account = cPanel username, new server etc.
Username = forum username

just to clear things up ^^^
