When I have many connections to the ftp server in a short time (e.g. using FileZilla),
my ip gets a short temporary block/ban. Is it restriction lifted if I convert to Premium hosting?

I did some research and found out that it's because of multiple connections to the server from the same ip.
So same question... does premium has this restriction?
