Ip blocked

can someone please let me kow if my ip is blocked it is

124.169.82.47

and my site is www.hauntedwa.x10hosting.com

on stoli

cpanel user name is james

I dont think that i am blocked as i can get into the forums and my account management panel and irc chat i just cant get to my website i have cleaned my cache and flushed the dns other people can see my site and i can get to it via a proxy like youhide so i dont know whats going on

its now been 32 hours approx since i last saw my site and needless to say i am getting a bit stressed about it

A number of people are reporting similar, and after some tests, its not a DNS issue, or a stoli issue persay as their sites are accessible by others.
