IP Deny / cmsinit.inc Error

For some reason I'm getting an error on my main page

Warning: posix_geteuid() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/rakajj/public_html/wagesofsin.exofire.net/includes/cmsinit.inc on line 37

I'm not sure if its naturally like this, but under the CPanel my IPDeny has two entries for "all" in there, not sure if that has anything to do with this but I got an error when I tried to remove them, also I tried replacing the .inc file and I also noticed when I opened it that it only has 28 or so lines, not 37 so... not sure what is pointing it to line 37 but there isn't one there. I also tried replacing the .htaccess file, which also Did not help.

What PHP version do you have?

You need to upgrade your PHP version. We use special versions on x10 to help control abuse.

You should upgrade to intermediate PHP ASAP, you can do this from your account panel at :
http://x10hosting.com/login <-- Use your FORUM user\pass to login. You'll find the PHP info on the bottom left.
