IP is blacklisted

When I log in my dashboard , I found my IP was blacklisted.
I see the help document , but I can't login the server to remove the backlist from blow
/usr/local/directadmin/data/admin/ip_blacklist

I have checked the server you are hosted on and do not see your IP blocked at this time. Can you confirm this is still occurring?
