ip problem?

i think that your web hosting doesn't like my ip address. i can't see my website or access my c-panel from this computer( which is my main computer). i can access it from another computer. please help me.

i am using Firefox and it still isn't working.... when i try to get to c-panel it says "unable to connect: Firefox can not establish a connection to the server at http://truepower.x10hosting.com:2082" i found a thread with what appeared to be the same problem as i am having and i tried the solution provided there ( or at least i think i did it right) and it doesn't work. and i can not see my website... it is a blank page.

EDIT:

ok i clicked on the link your provided and it works now... i have no clue why. the other one i have open doesn't so. ( it appears to be the same thing too) but now it works.
