IPB Database Backups

I am currently changing my forum over from another hosting companies server over my account here, but was just wondering how to restore a database backup?

Would I be able to do it from within cPanel or would I be able to do it through IPB (Invision Power Board)?

I don't think IPB knows how to do that, so I'd just do it from cPanel, it looks as easy as it can get: Backups -> "Download a MySQL Database Backup" -> choose your database, then to restore it you just upload it with that same page.

EDIT: You CAN do it in IPB too. In IPB 1.2 just go from the Admin CP to "SQL Management" -> "mySQL Back Up".
