I was just about to install an add-on to my points system (the points system has worked successfully with the forum for months now so don't blame it), and then I try and log into the Admin CP and get this error, and it also goes on my index page of the forum.
'SQL error: Can't create a new thread (errno 11). If you are not out of available memory, you can consult the manual for a possible OS-dependent bug

Can someone please help me out with this, would it be something I've done or something with the server?
If this doesn't self fix by tomorrow (8:39PM now in NZ), then I'm most likely going to be quite annoyed. Cause I've tried my copy that is on a different hosts server which I copied the files and db from and it also has the error, except both forums have been working for ages and I haven't changed a thing to BOTH of them.
