IPB Installation Page blank - php version problem?

I requested an upgrade to my php today, which I was granted, and now my account says that my account currently has the Intermediate version. However, the IPB php installation page is still blank like it was under the Basic configuration. I tried to delete all my files and directories and installating everything again, but it still showed the blank page. I couldn't find any other threads regarding this problem, but I may have missed something (I'm not where the problem lies )

If you have received the e-mail stating the application for PHP upgrade was approved, it takes 6 to 24 hrs for the update to occur. It doesn't happen automatically.

Yes, I am aware of this. I've been checking the page most of the day, and it said that my php version upgrade was pending, until around an hour ago, when it said "Intermediate PHP Configuration - You currently have this version"

Is this normal? Should I wait another day?

Again, sorry if I'm asking stupid questions, I'm new at this.

Your PHP has been upgraded and the page is opening fine. So you should be all set.
