Ok, I'm new here, not greatly web aware, but administer a site for my club. I have registered a domain name (www.aberdareskc.co.uk) and it was linked to my site on another hosting company. I've moved to X10hosting and want the domain name to link to the new site. I've been asked by the old company for x10hosting's IPS Tag, but can't find any info on it.
If that's not the way forward, how do I go about getting control of the domain name again and making it link to my site?

ID: Aberdareskc
Subdomain/domain: aberdareskc.x10hosting.com

Are you able to update the nameservers?

( these are ns1.x10hosting.com / ns2.x10hosting.com )

Apologies StarShine, don't know how.... (said I wasn't that literate)
Edit:
Thanks guys.... I did what I should have done in the first place and used my brain... that, and a combination of info picked up from the forum answers mean I've sorted it.
Cheers!

Hi, I can get into my site if I go down the aberdareskc.x10hosting route, but if I try www.aberdareskc.co.uk it gives me an X10hosting "page not found" type of message (all the page actually displays is the x10hosting page banner)

The only thing that's changed recently is that I renewed the domain name, but if I look under nominet the tags are the same and if I try to add aberdareskc.co.uk as a Parked domain it says it's already there...
