Is anyone else experiencing extreme lag?

I know there was maintenance like yesterday, but it was said to be over now. I was guessing that that was the problem to my website's lag. It's said to be over, but why is my site running really slow? And when I mean slow I mean it literally taking about 2 minutes to load up my website.

Am I the only one experiencing this?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of free hosting there is very little we can do about speed issues. I suggest you upgrade to premium if you want to improve speed further.
