I got told it was not allowed due to resources. is this true

If you let people sign-up and use it then it definitely isn't allowed. However I'm not sure about if you keep it private so that you are the only user. I'll try and find out for you.

Thanks im not to keen on letting people host on my account. So that will be a no-no.

OK i did a search and ive found mixed replys.
