If you let people sign-up and use it then it definitely isn't allowed. However I'm not sure about if you keep it private so that you are the only user. I'll try and find out for you.

Thanks im not to keen on letting people host on my account. So that will be a no-no.

OK i did a search and ive found mixed replys. Chris say it should be ok if it is closed (noone else using it) Source:http://forums.x10hosting.com/free-hosting/61803-eyeos-how-install.html Yet there are some lingering ones about it being a resource eater but i have ran it on my home pc and on another host (now dead) and it didnt do much difference. So what im going to do is install it and if it needs to be removed i shall
