I have PHP-Nuke and I was wondering, 1. What is the banner url, and 2. Can I add it to my banner rotation (currently 0 banners) this way it would be shown plenty of times. If not all the time.

I dont think that would be okay. You have to show your banner all the time on all of your pages. If you had a rotation going, it wouldn't be shown all the time.

I think you should learn to do it yourself. Read some of the tutorials and postings here regarding putting ads on php nuke here, then try putting ads in your website. Not everyone get it right the 1st time. Just give it a try.
