Is it possible to do this?

I would like to install a software application on my website if possible but it requires the installation of one of the loaders referred to in the following message I received when I tried to upload it:

(Unfortunately, we are unable to find or load Zend or ionCube loaders on your server, one of which is required to run our software. Please ask your web host to install one of these free loaders, available from www.zend.com or www.ionCube.com, and then try the installation again.
You have not installed Zend Optimizer - required version is 2.5.1.
You have not installed ionCube - required version is 3.1.0.
Installation ioncube is not permitted.)

Is it possible to do this?

My hosting account is Free, Ad Free, my Cpanel username is jjw1972 and my domain is jeffwalters.x10hosting.com

You should be able to use the ioncube loaders locally on your account. Go to http://ioncube.com they have a place on there that explains how to do it.
