Is it possible to get Unmetered Disk Space with a relatively new free hosting account?

Hey there, I've read other threads on this topic, and apparently, I can get Unmetered disk space if my website meets the following requirements:
* The account must be using at least half (50%) of its current disk space allotment.
* The account must have a valid (i.e. working) website and follows the Terms of Service (TOS).
So, I'd like to request unmetered disk space since I need to upload more packages which are necessary to get my website working. (I was told to post this in the forum to get noticed by staff?)

x10 hosting free account requirements are different from what you stated.
you do not get everything unmetered.

all accounts start off with 512 MB of disk space, you do get unmetered bandwidth
but to get more disk space you need to request an increase when you reach using 75 % of your allotted space,
-accounts must be at least 7 days old for an increase,
-all files must be used by your website, no zip or archived files, no backups stored on server.
-all files must go by the terms of service.
-your account /website also needs to be reviewed by a staff member.
