That depends entirely upon the two CMSs in question and whether or not there are migration tools available to move between them. In general, the databases won't be directly compatible (they will have different table structures) and the folder structure for things not stored in the database will be different. There's usually a pretty decent overall match between the kinds of "chunks" things are stored in, though, since they all pretty much rely on relational databases and files, so you can often find migration tools (and that's what you'd want to Google) to move between them. And if you are familiar at all with programming and SQL, building your own tool isn't too difficult - whether or not it would be worth the trouble, though, depends on the amount of work it would save you. If you only have a handful of pages/articles and there isn't a pre-made migration tool available, it may be quicker and easier just to copy everything over manually.
