i was wondering, so i made a free account. i was wondering if i can upload my own mybb or phpbb or w.e. and how do i install? idk what to type in in my address bar... it has the 404 not found error when i go to that place... ive already uploaded it..

When you upload the files, make sure that you upload them in either public_html or the www folder.

As aron said, if u are not experienced in manual installation, just use Fantastico and click phpBB or SMF to start automated installation. Its very easy ..
