Is it really suspended?

I have a game hosted on your server. This morning I went to it to continue working on it. Right now only my wife and I access the game to input data into it. According to my pie chart I have barely scratched the surface of what I am allowed. But every time I go to my Domain name it says it is suspended. I log onto my Hosting account panel and it says that it is active. I am unsure how to proceed at this time.

I'm going to escalate your thread because I see a suspended page when visiting your site, but the system says you are unsuspended. Click the yellow bar at the top of this page to enter the second tier of your support ticket.
