Is Joomla Chat Components Allowed on X10hosting?

Is Joomla Chat Components allowed on X10hosting or if it is not allowed is Chatango or any other Website Chat Hosting allowed on X10hosting?

Any chat system that hosts on X10 is not allowed due to server resource usage. However services such as chatango are allowed, since the hosting isn't on an x10 server.

Shoutbox\Chat Scripts Use of these scripts is strictly forbidden due to the amount of MySQL queries they take. Accounts found with chat scripts or shoutboxes will be suspended.
