they dont have backups of any of the files from the accounts that get terminated, you can check other peoples posts to see this, also the new 2 week rule is in effect so you may have been gone for too long without logging into CPanel

If you have not backed up your site were sorry we can't get any content back for you.

We will be able to get you a new account but with all the server work and moving accounts to one server it might not happen right away.

Woah awesome x10hosting, congratulations! I have been a member for like 6 months and my site have been suspended 5 TIMES. 4 times out of 5 one of the admin was sorry and excused himself because it was an error and my site was restored... Most of the time they didn't even know why and it was never my fault. I never complainted about that but now today my site is gone, woo-hoo.

I never complainted when I lost most of my members because your servers are so slow and were down all the ****ing time, and now i even lost my whole three sites! What a great host! My account misteriously disseapear and no one can explain why!

Well i'm glad i have moved servers i have found a new host and i'll never ever open an account again here. But only one out of my three hard-worked sites is online now, and i don't even have a backup of the other two's.

And i'll personally disrecommand this host in every hosting forums i come accross.

Thanks for caring of your users, x10hosting. And this post will probably get censored, eh? or are you gonna ban me? haha
