My domain : webdatabase.x10hosting.com
My cPanel username : sqllover
My hosting package : Ad-Enhanced (Advanced)
My domain along with my cPanel are offline. When trying to connect to my management panel at http://x10hosting.com/account, it said I have to link my account to the forum. But it fails saying that my username ( same username for both forum and cPanel ) doesn't exist! That's when I thought of having been suspended ( it is fairly possible due to my inactivity during more than a month )...Note that my forum account is still active. So I decided to create a new account with the same old username, but it says I already have an account and to use it. Then why can't I link my cPanel to my forum account if my account apparently still exists ?
I already have PM Corey because I thought at that time I was blocked by your firewall, but never had a response.
