Is my Account Suspened?

I am not able to view my site.
If it is becauseof ads - I apologize - I had to move to Wisconsin kinda in a hurry and yesterday was the 1st day being able to get back online.
I do have the ads placed in my footer of my site but I believe they need to be in the footer.php - I will do this as soon as I can view my site.
I apologize for this error, but having to move prevented me from placing te ads correctly - Sorry. Holla!!!

Make sure you don't have your index page file permissions set at 777. Try setting them to 644

Please check to make sure your index.php is 755, or if you have a .htaccess, please post the content as that can through that error too.
