Is my IP adress locked?

Hi, I've created a new account to your service and when I tried to access it later, I've missed my password a dozen of times (I got mislead because that some of the passwords I was asked had a limit of tharacter lower of the passwords I usually use).

I got that password back, so no need to send me a new one... but My site access seems to be locked and I cannot access http://bridalfallschronicles.x10hosting.com/ nor https://cossacks.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ anymore. However, by using proxies, or by asking my friends, it seems that only my IP adress cannot see the site.

I cannot really use the proxy since they don'T seems to allow me go to https pages or allow me to insert my login. If my address is indeed banned, can you unlock it please? Or simply get me out of that cossacks server who seems to hate my guts...

I was finally able to 'hack' (If we can call it that) my service provider to give me a different IP address so it work fine now. Sorry to have bothered you.

If it ever happens again, you can also open a ticket or try to get ahold of an admin in X10's IRC server. You shouldn't use IRC for just any problem, but for this particular problem it's sometimes the only way if you're blocked from the forums and other support sites.
