Is not absolut working i can't log in to cpanel or my site

I am having trouble log in to cpanel and my site. I was working with it earlier no nothing.
I get the message

The server at inet4sb.co.cc is taking too long to respond.

The site is taking time to load. Wait for some time and try again. This could be temporary problem.

It's been an hour since I have been able to see my site and what about cpanel. I get the same message
The server at absolutnew.x10hosting.com is taking too long to respond.

So is x10hosting too busy to handle my little site

I've been having the same problem for most of the day. My web site, cpanel and ftp are not responding on absolut.
