Is something up with cpanel?

hey guys, when i log into the cpanel,

via:
http://sapiencreations.x10hosting.com:2082

OR

http://sapiencreations.x10hosting.com/cpanel

The page it loads is the actual homepage of the site (http://sapiencreations.x10hosting.com) except none of the images work and the css is messed up.

I was wondering that I might of misplaced a file when uploading, due to carelessness, and if the Admin could take a look at the problem.

cpanel is working fine for me..

My cPanel is working fine, and when I visit http://sapiencreations.x10hosting.com:2082 it prompts me for a user name and password, then brings me to the cPanel "Login Attempt Failed!" page, which means it should be working right...

Ok, that is really wierd!

It now seems to be working fine!

Earlier and a couple of days ago it was totally messed up, but now its working fine!
