Is SQL down?

Hi,
None of my db's work. I've got all of the right parameters specified, but it doesn't work.

I get the error:

Warning: mysql_connect(): Host 'server3.x10hosting.com' is blocked because of many connection errors. Unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts' in /backup/home/lambada/public_html/quotes/inc/func.php on line 20

And the same error on my forum.

EDIT: php my admin seems to work fine though.

This is very frustrating.

I 'flushed the hosts', so try now. Let me know if it isn't working still.
