Is starka server messed up?

Currently I am getting a connection timed out message while trying to load any of my pages. This has been going on for about half and hour + now.

the upgrade of cPanel to 11.25 caused Apache to malfunction
Corey is downgrading to 11.24 until they fix 11.25, and he has started with lotus just to make sure everything works

so just be patient for a little bit longer, everything will resolve itself out
