Hey, so rather than trying to keep a calendar and logging in twice a month, I decided it was easier to just let my account get suspended each month, then follow the email and unsuspend it.
Thing is, last time I tried to unsuspend my account, it said it was successful, and I got an email confirming it, but my site was still down. I decided to give it a bit, but when I checked today, not only is the site itself down, but I can't access the control panel (because I don't have any websites added).

So I was thinking, did I do something wrong along the way, like let my account get suspended a certain number of times, or something? And what should I do about it?

Thanks!

Should be fixed; every once in a while the system gets "stuck" and thinks it unsuspended when it actually didn't; to fix it we resuspended and unsuspended it, and this time it didn't get stuck. You should be good to go, but you may need to clear your browser cache if it still shows the suspended page.

Edit: Typing at 4am makes for confusing wordings.

No clearing of wording or cache needed, it works like a charm, thanks!

I've actually been having the same issue. My account was suspended and I tried to unsuspend it and it sent an email confirming the unsuspension. However the actually site still says account suspended and I can't log into my account.

I've reapplied the unsuspension to your account, and your website is now loading fine.
