Is there a time delay from a file upload until the new page shows in the browser?

This afternoon, I used file manager to upload some revised xhtml files. File Manager showed the upload immediately but the browser continued to show the old page for perhaps 45 mins at which point the new page started showing.

Does x10 stack these uploads so at times I will see a delay?

No, this is caused by your browser cache. You will need to clear your browser cache to see updated files.
