is there free ssl available?

I've created my site with wordpress and want to enable payment processing, but it obviously doesn't work without an ssl certificate. Is there a way to get ssl on my free package?

The free hosting is incompatible with SSL. Others have used Cloudflare as a workaround solution. If you do a search, you'll probably find more details.

I have done a search but for some reason it did not seem to work for me... have you had any luck with anything?

If you have a custom domain, you can use Cloudflare's flexible SSL option in order to access the site via HTTPS.

I have a WordPress site and got it working. I used the plugin "CloudFlare Flexible SSL" and the instructions from https://www.icontrolwp.com/blog/ena...g&utm_campaign=cloudflare-flexible-ssl-plugin

CloudFlare Crypto settings:
SSL: Flexible
Always use HTTPS: On
CloudFlare Page Rule settings:
http://*kolbys.net/*
SSL: Flexible
