Is this against the TOS?

Is it against the TOS to allow people to purchase a smf forum through the smf multi forum script using credits on my site hosted on x10hosting.com? The smf multi forum script would not be on x10hosting. It would be on my own server. As I understand the TOS, I can't put the script on my x10hosting account. I was just wondering if this is okay. Thanks!

If it says on the TOS that you cant do it maybe you can't but i think a accountmanager can claifry this much better than me but i think you have to follow the TOS

I know that you have to follow the TOS. I was wondering if I can link to it.

i'm guessing you probably could, just don't be advertising it here or anything, but just to be safe, wait for an Account Manager, or better yet, an Admin to post here for ya ;)

I not 100% sure, but I think you can do this. I'm going to double check with Corey on this.

There shouldn't be a problem at all with this. You are not selling or reselling hosting. All they get is a simple SMF forum that has some admin features taken out.

nope, if you're selling it, you may not host it on x10, but you can link to it on your site

So buying it through credits which can not be purchased for real money, you get them by posting or playing in the arcade, would make it against the TOS to put it on my account? It would me more of a reward for posting and playing in the arcade.

I wouldn't use x10 credits. You should be able to devise a credit system of your own. You cannot tie it in with x10hosting as they have an SMF multi hosting site already.

I do use a credit system of my own. It is not linked with x10hosting. Thanks for your help!
