I was wondering if I am allowed to post links (not host) to torrent files on my forum. I'm just asking first because I don't want my forum closed down all of a sudden!

In the x10Hosting Terms of Service Illegal content is defined as either hosting the content on your account, whether or not it is publicly available, and the linking to any site which may host/distribute illegal content.

So in other words, if the torrents you are linking to are illegal, than it is not allowed.
