I tried but they said my country is not eligible, please tell me why?

Some countries are blocked due to excessive abuse from people from those countries.
This could include Phishing sites, scam sites, spamming, or other forms of online abuse.

Corey ( our administrator ) does sometimes make exceptions. Please explain what your website would be about, what language it would be in ( Remember, websites must primarily be in English, Spanish or French ) and I will notify our admin regarding your request.
