Yes, it seems to be in my cPanel on Stoli.

I note, though, that accessing it in Firefox gives the warning that many people might be alarmed by "This Connection is Untrusted"

Don't forget people, even if R1Soft is back, that doesn't mean that problems couldn't happen at any time. Back up your files frequently via FTP and dump your complete database uncompressed if your site changes a lot!
