Issue looking into control panel and webmail

I seem to be having an issue logging into Cpanel and the mail.

I can log in fine, into the X10 hosting site, and that works fine, but Cpanel and webmail aren't working for me.

Is there a known issue with that?

If you are using the https logins, some browsers warn that the certificate for the server is self-signed (known issue due to the many recent migrations of servers here). Usually you can just add an exception for the server. Which browser do you use?

An alternative (actually less secure) URL for the cPanel is

http://boru.x10hosting.com:2082/login/

From there you can get to webmail.

That didn't work either.

Maybe I'm just slow at this, but I can't remember having two seperate passwords for the X10 hosting login and the CPanel log in.

Are you just not able to load the cPanel login page or is it giving you Login Failure?

Updating your password in Account Panel will change it for forums, account panel, AND cPanel, so they're all the same. Your cPanel username isn't the same as forum though.

If you just can't load cPanel, your ISP might be blocking it, so try a proxy like http://hidemyass.com/
