Issue with custom domain

Hi,

I have, 2 days ago, signed up for free hosting, and pointed a custom domain I purchased to the Nameserver IPs as listed. As it stands, the domain is getting a 'site can't be reached' error.

To investigate, I went into the Services tab (https://x10hosting.com/panel/services/xxxxxx), and chose the site I'd created, and clicked on the big blue 'Hosting Control Panel' button. I get an error of 'this site can't be reached' on URL https://x11.x10hosting.com:2222/CMD_LOGIN

Not entirely sure what I've done wrong, if anything?

We do not see any new domains added to your directadmin service.

Can you confirm that you added the domain to your hosting service after making the changes at the registrar?
