Resolved Issue with email - DNS set up and propagation

Hi Admin - I'm trying to use your email service with my domain name. I created 2 email addresses. I can send emails from the Webmail, but I don't receive anything.
It seems that I have an issue with the DNS. I did an MX lookup with DNS checker, it failed. Same for the DMARC record.

Server: X13
User Name: osiobxbc

I would really appreciate your help to address the issue. I must have done something wrong.

You are using CF for your DNS and not our NS. Therfore, you will need to setup the MX records at the CF dashboard.

You should setup the MX record for yourdomain.com pointing to the A record for mail.yourdomain.com that you are required to assign pointing to the IP here 198.91.81.13
