Issue with logging in

I am trying to revive an old account I forgot I had, because the web hosting I am on there shared server disk drive(s) is full. The issue I am having is what is in the picture. I am on a Rural Internet"WISPrenn" connection which they get there backbone connection from Cogent. I did a email so the x10 support with more details.
