Issue with website

I paid for hosting and now it seems that everything has been lost. I go to my website: jwilcox.x10hosting.com and it says it's available.

There is no reason that the account should be closed/shut down. Please explain!!

Your account is on chopin and as you said it is showing the domain available may be your account is one of the accounts which are not transferred correctly. Check the status site for more information --> http://status.x10hosting.com
