Issues When Editing PhpMyAdmin or Public_Html

Hello there,

My site is http://fixingcomputer.x10.bz.

Each time I either add a file/folder to public_html or edit PhpMyAdmin and then visit my site, it says this page can’t be displayed. I then have to wait about 8 minutes for that message to go away before I can access the site.

Why is this?
