Issues with Control Panel and Server

This is the second day in a row I’ve my site has been “down” with a 500 Internal Server Error and when I go to access the cpanel on the site it the security token in my request is invalid. I’m not really that good with any of this so if there is someone who could explain this to me that would be great.
